Law on Measures for the Protection of the Banking System

The Parliament of Montenegro at its session held on 22 October 2008, enacted the Law on Measures for the Protection of the Banking System, providing the guarantees of the Government for household and companies' deposits. This shall increase confidence into the banking system.
